Two tornados went through Carmel / Lake Carmel last night and almost took out my boat on the Middlebranch . Unfortunately these boats, that were next to mine, didn’t make it..

That was a hell of a storm! I must have driven under 10 trees and utility poles that had fallen across the road on the way home last night, took me 2.5 hours. One of them was so bad I had to get out to see if I would clear it (I had 6 inches to spare). Not long after I got home they shut down those treacherous roads (still closed this evening). I saw one woman crushed in her car in New Fairfield, another car was buried under debris in Sherman on Rt. 39, but that person at least escaped with their life.
