In a stunning turn of events , during the final hour of the four day fishing contest , Captain Frank lands a 10 pound 6 ounce northern pike to win the contest after trailing by more than 8 pounds to defending champion Kenny K. It wasn’t about the money or the trophy but simply  keeping a promise to dedicate the win to his beloved companion ” Buddy” who passed away two weeks ago.
