After weeks of unavoidable delays, it looks like the annual Tommy Boy Open golf outing is on. The weather is looking good and the crowds should start filing in early for this annual event. This a charity event as the highly favored winner, Captain Frank, will donate all winning proceeds to the Tommy Boy Care Fund of Torrington.  Guaranteed to provide entertainment for all.
