UPDATE!!!!! Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the opening of Point Folly campground has been delayed with a tentative opening date of June 12, 2020.

If the ‘carry your own shit’ rule is in effect, I will certainly comply, however, I can guarantee you a significant portion of campers will not. Within 3 weeks that campsite will smell like shit (literally) from everybody dumping their shit in the woods. They should just clean the rest rooms more often like they are going to do at the state campgrounds.
